Dimitri will be the contact person for this field trip. If you are interested or planning on going, please contact him either by email (preferred) or phone (717-877-5440). If you call him and he doesn't answer, he will return the call.
The Harrisburg Camera Club will travel to Bethlehem to visit the Invision Photographers exhibit at the Banana Factory. Several club members have photographs in the Exhibit. (http://www.bananafactory.org/events/invision-photo-festival/). Then proceed to the Steel Stacks for day and night photography (https://www.facebook.com/SteelStacks/) . The Steel Stacks have an elevated walkway along the blast furnaces and at night they are lit with multi-colored lights.
It is recommended that people leave by 1:30 to see the exhibit which is open until 5pm. The elevated walkway is open until dusk and lights come on shortly thereafter. It takes about an hour and a half to get to Bethlehem. If anyone wants to carpool, meet at Arby’s parking lot in the Camp Hill shopping plaza by 1:15.
